Detoxify your third eye

In this amazing video Paramahansa Nithyananda explains how to properly detox the pineal gland, one of the things I did not know is that the Turmeric you ingest will only mostly detox and heal the GI track, which is great, but actually to detox and cleanse deeply the rest of the body and organs like the (often very fluoride calcified) pineal gland, turmeric should be applied on the skin.

Remember that turmeric will stain very much, you will turn yellow! So when you apply it on your forehead you will need a good wash to remove the color. Nothing wrong with that, I actually like the yellow color of turmeric very much, but sometimes it is a little unpractical if you have to turn up in the office the next day in a western city … LOL 😀

Coconut oil, followed by a good wash with organic soap will help very much for cleaning the skin.

Get the turmeric organic or if you have a slow masticating juicer or a mortar make a paste with the organic root directly.

If you are 20, 1 week will decalcify your pineal gland.

If you are 40, 2 weeks.

If you are 80, in about a month you’ll be cleansed.

Watch the video for all the details.

Hello dear ones, this is an update on my going through Dr Morse’s 14 weeks Deep Tissue Detox program with raw fruits and herbs.
Feeling lots of vitality, strength, mental clarity and vibrance coming back.

Kidney filtration is good and constant almost every day, peristalsis is also regular and well.

Thanks for all the support I’m receiving from everybody!

On Awareness, Desire and Thankful Acceptance

The feeling of unity, unlimited creative power and freedom comes from the true nature of Awareness, which is inherently all that.

When we fragment our true nature of freedom, “descending” into duality, this limitlessness gets partially obfuscated, then we start longing for it again and that aim gets expressed in the form of desire from the body/mind/emotion point of view.

It’s the dance of life in duality, taking place between polar opposites.

Any desire is an indicator of expectations and expectations are projections in the future, outside the present moment as it is and thus outside the abidance into pure awareness.

We still are awareness also in the state of desire of course, deep down we are always awareness, the universal being peeking through the keyhole of our physical, mental and emotional bodies; we just “pretend” we are not, and every wish is answered by the benevolent force of creation.

If we wish to play in the drama, the drama is then given to us.

If we wish peace, harmony, love and equanimity, those qualities are then bestowed upon us.

Every situation “good” or “bad” is never good or bad really, it’s always perfect.

Like when it’s raining for example. For the people on holiday on the beach the rain is “bad” but the farmer just a couple of miles away has been praying for it for days or weeks.

When we let go the need to control and to be too identified with the left brain we understand there is always a reason why things are as they are, and it’s pointless to deny what is already happening.

These concepts are expressed masterfully in the Serenity Prayer which, paraphrasing, goes like this:

Please God give me the Serenity to accept what I cannot change,

the Courage to change what I can,

and the Wisdom to know the difference.

I’m thankful, grateful and appreciative for this magnificent experience of life.
