This is why I love Systema so much, martial arts explained in very simple terms.
I love deep philosophical teachings and metaphors too don’t misunderstand me, and Systema has those too 🙂 but sometimes it’s so easy when things are put and shown in simple terms, as my brother would say, “simplicity is the ultimate sophistication”.
